5% cynarin Globe Artichoke (Cynara scolymus) contains cynarin (a caffeoylquinic acid derivative), sesquiterpene lactones, and flavonoids (scolymoside, inulin, cynaropictin and taraxasterol). This fresh plant extract is standardized at 5% cynarin.
