Storage: Store at 25(0)C (77(0)F); excursions permitted to 15(0) to 30(0)C (59(0)-86(0)F. See USP controlled room temperature. Protect from light and moisture. DIspense in a tight, light-resistant container with a child-resistant closure as defined in the USP/NF. Recommended Use: Chew one tablet daily or as prescribed by doctor, or dentist. Tablets should be chewed or crushed before they are swallowed. This product is not recommended for children under age 4.
Formulation
Ingredient for caries prophylaxis: Fluoride as Sodium Fluoride. Warning: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. RX only
Precautions
Do not use if foil seal under cap is broken or missing. Overdosage: Prolonged daily ingestion of excessive fluoride will result in varying degrees of fluorosis. To report adverse side effects or to obtain product information, contact 888-535-0305. Adverse Reaction: Allergic rash and other idiosyncrasies have been rarely reported.
Caution: Do not eat or drink dairy products within one hour of fluoride administration. This product is not recommended for children under age 4. Warning: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of the reach of children. In case of accidental overdosage, call a doctor or a poison control center immediately.
