Dosage and route of administration:
Tablets: In adolescents and adults: 1 tablet a day or as directed by a doctor.
Syrup: Lactating : 1 teaspoon a day.
Children: 2 teaspoons a day.
Adults: 1 tablespoon a day or as directed by a doctor.
Route of administration: Oral.

Adverse Effects of Optimin
Side effects and adverse reactions:
In sensitive patients, vitamins and minerals could occasionally cause nausea, vomiting, rash or gastric irritation. In some cases and in high dosis, vitamin A could cause anorexia, weight loss, bone spurs, brain disorders. Contraindications:
Idiosyncrasy to any of the components of the formula.
