Precautions

Adverse Effects of Optimin Side effects and adverse reactions: In sensitive patients, vitamins and minerals could occasionally cause nausea, vomiting, rash or gastric irritation. In some cases and in high dosis, vitamin A could cause anorexia, weight loss, bone spurs, brain disorders. Contraindications: Idiosyncrasy to any of the components of the formula.
