Description
Bronson's lecithin is a concentrated granular form of soybean lecithin. It is an all natural product made up primarly by three types of phosphatides: Phosphatidylcholine, Phosphatidylethanolamine and Phosphatidylinositol.
Granular lecithin has a nutlike taste. As in all genuine granular lecithins, it contains no dilutants or additives such as soyflour and various proteins.
