Sugar Free Gluten Free Adult (18 - 50 Years) Dairy Free NP DIETARY SUPPLEMENT {American flag} DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules 30 minutes before a meal one to two times daily with a full glass of water. For best results, drink plenty of water throughout the day. Do not exceed the maximum recommended dose of 4 capsules per day.
