Repeat the directions for an afternoon serving. Two capfuls per day are recommended. Children ages 4 and older (50+ pounds): In the morning, pour 2 level, white bottle capfuls of powder into a cup. Add 4 fl.oz./120 ml (line on the overcap indicates 2 fl. oz./60 ml) of water and stir. Repeat the directions for an afternoon serving. Four capfuls per day are recommended. If child falls outside age/weight range, use weight to determine proper serving size. Maximum absorption occurs when taken on an empty stomach.
