Directions for Use: Best on an empty stomach.
Adults & children 4 yrs & older: Take 1 oz. daily (1/2 oz. in the am and 1/2 oz. in the pm). Always follow with 4 to 8 oz. of non-chlorinated, filtered or bottled water. Do not take within 2 hours of pharmaceuticals. Not recommended after 6:00 pm.
