Dymatize BCAA Complex 2200 combines these highly efficient amino acids with nutritional cofactor in a 2:1:1 ratio which is the naturally-occurring ratio in muscle. 8097 Storage Conditions: Store at room temperature 59(0)F - 86(0)F (15(0)C - 30(0)C). SUGGESTED USE: As a dietary supplement, take 4 caplets daily. For optimal results take 2 caplets 45 to 60 minutes prior to training and 2 additional caplets 15-30 minutes after training.
