No animal products or testing Suggested Adjuncts: Uncooked, raw vegetarian foods (with their naturally occuring enzymes not destroyed by cooking) consumed at the same time as any cooked foods (see the book "Uncooking with Jameth & Kim"); Health Force Vitamineral(TM) Green; (unique and extremely nutrient dense superfood complex); Liver Rescue(TM) III+; exercise (try rebounding); fresh air (house plants clean the air); and everything else healthful. Suggested Usage: 2VCaps(R) (or more) per meal or snack, depending on amount of cooked food and difficulty of digestion. Take, ideally, with the first bites of a meal/snack. If you eat animal flesh/dairy/eggs, use 5 or more. Cooked of unsoaked nuts/seeds may also require 5 or more. Tofu, tempeh, grains, potatoes require 2-4. Cooked veggies and fruits require 1-2. The more cooked food you eat, the more Digestion Enhancement Enzymes(TM) you need to replace the enzymes lost in cooking/processing. Extra enzymes will not be wasted and are very beneficial.
Intensive Usage: 10-15VCaps(R) with each meal/snack and also 5 times throughout the day on a relatively empty stomach.
