We never add water or any other ingredients. 006 Store away from heath & light USDA ORGANIC SUGGESTED USE Shake Well Before Using External: Apply topically as needed. Internal: Add one full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, two to five times per day. Best taken between meals.
