To assure thorough extraction of Cinnamon's aromatic oils & resins, the bark is hand-harvested and carefully shade-dried to preserve optimal aroma & flavor, and is then thoroughly extracted. 008 SUGGESTED USE
Shake Well Before Using
Three or four times per day
