To assure optimal extraction of Fenugreek's bioactive compounds, the seeds are harvested in late summer when they have fully matured, are winnowed free of all chaff, and are then thoroughly extracted. 006 SUGGESTED USE Shake Well Before using Two to five times per day take 30 to 40 drops in a little water.
