Formulation
- Over 60% of teenage boys and over 85% of teenage girls do not meet the RDA for calcium. Unlike other multivitamins, LifePak(R) Teen contains a complete spectrum of bone nutrients, including 500 mg of calcium, 250 mg of magnesium, vitamins D and K, boron and silicon. Ideally Formulated for Adolescents, Ages 9-18 - Provides optimum amounts of the important antioxidant nutrients: 100 IU all-natural vitamin E from mixed tocopherols, 200 mg buffered vitamin C, and 5,000 IU natural beta-carotene.
