SAMe (S-Adenosylmethionine) is a derivative of the essential amino acid methionine and is formed by combining ATP with methionine. ProThera provides pharmaceutical grade, stabilized SAMe manufactured under low temperature and low humidity conditions. An enteric tablet coating resistant to gastric acidity helps to further ensure a biologically active product.
