Certified Organic CCOF Organic is Non-GMO & more Use: Smooth Move capsules relieve occasional constipation (irregularity) and generally produce bowel movements in 6 to 12 hours. Directions: Swallow capsules with water. Follow directions of use unless directed otherwise by a doctor. Adults and children 12 years of age and older: 2 to 4 capsules at bedtime, and if needed, 2 to 4 capsules the following morning. Not to exceed 4 capsules per day. Contraindications: Do not use if you have lleus, intestinal obstruction, intestinal stenosis, atonic bowel, acute intestinal inflammation (e.g. Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis), appendicitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, severe dehydration states with water and electrolyte depletion.
