Adult (18 - 50 Years) Gluten Free Dairy Free Sugar Free NP DIETARY SUPPLEMENT DIRECTIONS: As a dietary supplement, take 10 drops (0.5 ml) under the tongue three times per day, 30 minutes before eating, and hold for one to two minutes. Do not eat or drink for 10 minutes before or after taking the drops.
